Returns, Replacements or Refunds

Any cancellations must be confirmed via email within 7 days of receiving delivery of the goods. You will be responsible for returning the goods (unused) in original packaging with original paperwork at your own cost. It is your duty to take reasonable care to ensure the goods are returned back to us undamaged. Full refunds will not be issued if undue care or attention has lead to damage in transit.

In the event that your item is delivered damaged we will replace your item at no additional cost to you, as long as proof of damage in transit is sent to us. You will need to be available for the courier to exchange your item. This is the only event we will offer an exchange service. We will work with you and give you a number of options in order to find the best possible solution. Please note we can not offer exchanges or accept returns if the item is used or been installed.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.
